When submitting a new contract, please provide the following: buyer/seller full name, email and phone number and agent commission agreement.

Once your file is processed, you will be assigned a paralegal who will be your point of contact throughout the process.

Title will be ordered once due diligence has lapsed, unless it’s a refinance or otherwise requested.

Closing date will be scheduled upon lender approval and/or clear title opinion.
